Our Approach to Chronic Illness Care
We know that life with fibromyalgia is a journey of tolerance, challenges, and adaptivity. You are dealing with incessant symptoms, and everyday tasks can become challenging.
Our holistic approach allows us to help you with symptom relief, prioritizing whole-body wellness. We use evidence-based therapies and personalize your treatment to your unique needs.
What is Fibromyalgia?
Fibromyalgia is a chronic illness that often causes body pain and fatigue. Symptoms vary per person, but often include sleep issues, memory loss, mood swings, increased pain sensitivity, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, anxiety, and more. While it is more likely to affect women, anyone can have it.
Unfortunately, there is no cure for fibromyalgia, but we can help with pain management and symptom relief.
If you know or suspect that you may have fibromyalgia, we can help.

We will evaluate your unique situation and provide you with the clarity you need.
Our Process
1
Schedule Your Initial Visit
Booking your first appointment is simple. Choose a time online that works for you, either in-person at our health clinic in Edmond or via telehealth. This visit is part of your “discovery phase” where we assess, map, and begin building the foundation of your care.

Tell Us Your Story
During your hour-long consult, we take time to truly listen. We’ll review your health history, current concerns, past treatments, and goals so we can understand the full picture and start building your custom care plan.
3
Start Healing with a Personalized Plan
We work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs — whether that includes labs, infusions, peptide therapy, or lifestyle changes. You’ll always know your options, and we’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.

FAQs
Do you replace my rheumatologist?
No, we work alongside your current care team!
Can you help with flare-up prevention?
Absolutely! We create individualized plans to reduce the frequency of your flares as well as the intensity. We’re here to help you get any symptoms from your autoimmune disease under control.
How is your approach to fibromyalgia different from other clinics?
At Resurgence Vitality, we don’t just treat fibromyalgia, we listen to the people living with it. Many of our patients come to us after years of being dismissed or told their symptoms were “just stress.” We take a completely different approach.
Instead of prescribing a standard medication and sending you on your way, we use root-cause healthcare to look at the full picture. That includes hormone balance, inflammation, gut health, nutrient deficiencies, and lifestyle factors that could be contributing to your symptoms. Then we build a personalized plan using advanced, integrative therapies that are designed to actually support your healing, not just mask the pain.
Will I need to be on medication?
Not necessarily. We understand that medications can play a helpful role in managing fibromyalgia for some people, but they’re never our only solution. Our job is to give you options. That might include supplements, lifestyle shifts, non-pharmaceutical pain relief, or regenerative therapies.
If medication feels like the best path for you, we’ll talk about it. If it doesn’t, we’ll explore what else might support your body in healing. You’ll always be part of the decision-making process, and we’ll never pressure you into a plan that doesn’t align with your goals and values.
Are your treatments covered by insurance?
Not currently. However, we can provide documentation that you can provide to your insurance agency for reimbursement.
How soon will I see results?
Every person, and every body, is different, so healing timelines vary. Some patients notice shifts in their energy, sleep, or pain levels within the first few weeks of starting care. For others, especially those managing long-standing symptoms, it may take more time.
The good news? You won’t be doing this alone. We’ll walk with you step by step, adjusting your plan as your body responds. Our goal is to help you find consistent, meaningful relief, not just a short-term fix, but long-term improvements in your quality of life.
